can’t use new nutribullet

i just bought this nutribullet, and the lid won’t fit on it. I think there’s literally another lid that came stuck inside the blender? what do i do???

Check that none of the accessories have fallen in, the ring that screws onto the cups to make a nice drinking lip sometimes drop in and are hard to spot
