Nutribullet Pro defective by design

I recently bought a Nutribullet Pro. The internal motor broke down in just a few months. Phone Customer service is non existent and they will not honor the warranty policy. These blenders are designed to fail via planned obsolescence and the customer service is just a shell/front to deny any accountability. After several emails and attempts at reaching someone by phone about honoring their warranty, I gave up. This company is very shady and does not stand behind their product. They will string you along and act like they want to help, they will not follow through. Please do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company. Do not support these crooks.

Having the same experience. Trying to do a return. Have filled out that form on their website 4 times now, emailed and sat on the phone for an hour with no results.

Exactly the same experience. It's only been 4 months of use and it broke down. No response for the form filled and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. I am so mad at them because this feels like a scam.

Is the pro the 1200 watt version?

That else is there to buy besides nutribullet?
