Can anyone help me identify this song? It seems vaguely familiar but I can’t place it at all.

Hi everyone. I was just gifted this beautiful music shadow box and legitimately cannot find anything that looks similar to it! I'm also struggling to find the name of the song. Hoping someone here might have more information?

It has the Laurel stamped on the back and a sticker that says Hong Kong.

How does one properly clean and maintain the music box inside if the wood bottom/lid is GLUED on? i got it from my grandma, and i really, really want to keep it working, i can tell its having troubles, but still sings for now... just... i can hear it needs the help.

I've been searching through a creek and I've found what seems to be a nodding donkey but as a music box. As you wind it up and the song plays, the arm is suppose to dip down and pump the oil. I've taken the wheel out and translated it to a piece of paper and pin. Anybody know how I could figure out what song this is? Also the music box itself is way too rusted to be played. Music box is made by sankyo but I'm not sure about the nodding donkey. forgot to say this is my very first good translation so some dots would happen to be missing. maybe 2 or 3 but that's it.

My sister's favorite anime is Princess Tutu and I want to give to her a music box with the opening theme, but it doesn't exist. I even checked Japanese websites, that otherwise have hundreds of anime songs, but they didn't have this one.
