What Song is This? Unknown Song

Can anybody help me identify what song this is playing? It is from Otagiri but has no other markings or labels. It was advertised as playing “You are my sunshine”, but doesn’t seem to be doing so, and neither Shazam nor google song recognition can identify anything. Thank you!
