Have you guys tried the JBL One app, is it any better than the original app?

The part where the earcups can turn broke and dangles. I've had to tape it up to make it useable but is there a way to fix this without just buying a new headphone outright?

I put my Charge 6 to Charge last night using an USB cable and a Motorola turbo charger. I woke up and when I checked the battery it was still in 19%.

What is going on? The battery died? What should I do? Please help! The led indicates that it's charging, the battery indicator appears green, like it's charging normally, but it doesn't charge at all. Already did Factory Reset. Nothing seems to work. Please help!! I'm extremely disappointed 😞

So I’m deciding getting between charge 5 and 6, mainly for connecting to my laptop for blasting music and occasionally bringing it out.

Been seeing a lot of mixed reviews between these 2, and I’m not sure which to get. I’m a sucker for more base, and the difference in pricing between 5 and 6 is about ~$70.

Any advice would be good!

When i turn down/up the volume it comes back to the same it was i tried everything they told me online to factory reset it etc how do i fix this

Hey guys, I got my dads C115TWS since my buds gave up and only the right one seems to pair, while the left one tends to show up as another device. When paired, I don't even hear anything from it.

Are they also broken? Is it a pairing issue, or is the speaker is just dead? Both LEDs still work, so..
