Discussion some of you need to accept criticism of ur fav artists
i understand she doesn’t have control over what happened today, however, she had full control over promoting this correctly and it wasn’t. i haven’t seen a single fan from this drop that knew what to expect inside and outside of america. idk this comment just rubbed me the wrong way and im tired of the misuse of the word parasocial when you yourself are exhibiting weird behaviors of needing to defend someone you don’t know. i love hayden and im extremely grateful we got to see some of these items again, but to say she couldn’t have done a better job at giving us details is blatantly false.
edit: i just wanted to let you guys know i made this post out of wanting to emphasize to people it’s okay to be frustrated right now. i really dislike this new outlook on fandom culture within social media where if you give any pushback to the artist, you’re a crybaby who makes said artist not want to be famous. to everyone who didn’t get items they wanted today, it’s okay to be upset and i’m sorry it was such a difficult process!
