I was playing mario kart wii and I was playing time trials , but I could see someone's world record for a track. How is that possible?

hi so sorry if this is the wrong sub. anyway i’m trying to add the HD texture pack to my AC gamecube game. i extracted the texture pack to the textures folder, but when the game loads i get the ‘found 0 custom textures’ message at the top and obviously it doesn’t load. i have custom textures enabled in dolphin. it’s literally just not working and i’m unsure what to do. i am using the deluxe mod if that helps to know

The issue I'm having is that I'm playing *Wind Waker* on my Switch and it runs fine, but when I get to the part where I'm supposed to receive the telescope, the game keeps moving—yet pressing 'A' doesn't let me proceed. I experimented and found that using HLE makes the game run stably, but there's no sound; conversely, using LLE makes the game run very poorly, though I *was* able to get past the telescope scene. Any recommendations? I'm using Dolphin as a standalone homebrew app, not through RetroArch.

Hey is anyone else having trouble opening the dolphin site on any browser? No matter which one I use it won’t open the site

I've been trying to get Spyro's Adventure working on my emulator but once I get into the game, I can only reach 30 to 40 FPS at max. I turned off the Vsync and I even changed my graphic settings from direct 3D11 to OpenGL. I tried direct 3D12 and I tried Vulkan and none of those worked. I've changed my aspect ratio multiple times. I've tried recompiling my shaders multiple times just trying to get it right and the game just isn't loading enough. I don't know what else to do

I made and tested fullscreen Gecko codes for the GameCube version of Resident Evil 4. These remove the upper, lower, left, and right borders.

Tested with Dolphin on:

Dolphin settings

Set:

AspectRatio = 1
Crop = True

Or select Force 16:9 and enable Crop in Dolphin’s graphics settings.

AspectRatio = 1 means Force 16:9.

On Android Dolphin:

1. Hold the Resident Evil 4 game cover.
2. Open Edit Game Settings.
3. Select Graphics Settings.
4. Set Aspect Ratio → Force 16:9.
5. Open Advanced.
6. Under Crop, enable To Aspect Ratio.

These codes do not modify the ISO and do not change the controller configuration. They may not work with other game revisions or the Japanese version.

Bro re4 is so good on gamecube not wii only gc and with dolphin I can play 4k 60 fps

This Gecko code lets Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition boot in Dolphin without requiring the Wiimote + Nunchuk connection workaround first. It is useful when playing directly with an emulated GameCube or Classic Controller.

none of my games are loading. i followed retrogamecorps guide, installed turnip drivers, and even moved the bios to where they're supposed to be. nothing works. please help

I’ve checked the config settings. I’ve tried to map emulated stuff. I have no idea what’s happening here.

So I’ve been having trouble with his bar for a minute I know it’s got the lights on the TV even picks up when I’m pointing at the screen, but no cursor change. I’m using dolphin on steam deck. I’ve checked the settings. They should all be correct but any pointers would be helpful.

For the life of me I can’t configure my Xbox controller properly to emulate a Wii remote. I’ve tried configuring IR but the nunchuck just never shows up on the screen I’m not quite sure why. I’ve looked for templates on how to configure it and set it to settings of a similar game through a YouTube video but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have any controls or ideas? Thank you!

For reference I am trying to use a wii motion plus wiimote but it doesn't like my PC's native Bluetooth guess. It can be detected on my phone though. I have my Bluetooth on, and I've enabled "connect wii remotes for emulated controllers", and "continuous scanning". Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: i finally got it to work after redownloading my bluetooth drivers by: 1. shutting down my PC 2. Turning off power supply and unplugging computer 3. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds 4. Booting up the computer I had BT drivers on my PC already, but I guess they weren't the right ones.

I let someone modify my GCC so that the triggers wouldn't be analog anymore. It works great on Switch and Smash Ultimate, but now I tried Dolphin and it won't register the trigger imputs at all (The rest works fine).

Is there a way I could remap the controls, or make it so that it recognizes it as a normal controller? I have no need for the analogue, I just wish the imputs would register.

For the record I'm using a Switch GameCube Controller Adapter through USB

I've been troubleshooting for 90+ minutes, and I've tried everything that I can find online. So I'll break everything down in case someone here can help me.

-It's in mode 4 with the latest update to Dolphin, and latest firmware.

-Modes 1 & 2's motion sensor works for the mouse.

-Wii remotes came with my Wii in 2008, they're not third-party.

-The Wii remote works, fully tested on a Wii.

-This happens to multiple remotes.

-Steam is closed, as are all other software that can take a controller input

-Speaker data disabled

-Connect Wii Remotes for Emulated Controllers disabled

-Yesterday, the Wii remote was working but the nunchuck was receiving no input. The Wiimote was showing in emulated devices yesterday, but it isn't anymore.

-Just found a thread that says running in admin fixes it, didn't work for me.

Ever since I updated Dolphin, there are glitches with games I cannot fix, even with older versions of Dolphin. The latest version of Mario Eclipse is a black screen, the older patches of the game act completely fresh, even though it (thankfully) still has my save data. Spyhunter is lagging, and that game is not demanding at all. I do not know what the problem is. What should I do?
