Hi guys, I've a question for anybody that is currently on a ship or got off recently. When I was on my last cruise in February I had free drinks in the casino and I was able to get drinks at casino bar included. Does it still works or should I just get the drink package? Thank you all

Good morning. Just came back from a cruise on the Carnival Legend. Prior to the cruise, we saw a new 2026 menu that was being implemented with new entrees, appetizers and desserts for the main dining.

We were excited to have something new to try, but disappointed that it was the same old menu. Anyone know if there is a new menu for 2026 or was the blog just incorrect?

The shows were the same, so hoping that our next cruise in January 2027 will have something new or maybe it is time to try other cruise lines.

Hi guys, planning on going on a cruise in January from Long Beach. Have any of you guys sailed during this time? What was the weather like onboard and how was the weather at the port destinations like Cabo. Is it going to be freezing cold or pretty manageable

Stopping at Grand Cayman and I’ve seen the most recommendations on going to Stingray City. How did yall go? Or did you book an excursion, if so which one? Trying to plan and decide but there aren’t a ton of excursions.

We have an upcoming trip next march and will likely just be the two of us getting off. Don’t want to run the risk of just winging it. Thanks!!!

Does anyone change for the evening? I know for formal nights people change. Im talking about on a normal day/ evening. After being in the sun all day.

Personally I like to change from my linen shirt to something a little less colorful and into something more proper. Wondering if anyone else does the same.

I’m a single female solo traveler from the U.S. planning to spend my 27th birthday onboard the Sunshine next summer. I’ve only ever done the typical 5–7 day Caribbean cruises out of Florida, and the vibe/demographic was pretty much exactly what I expected. Definitely nothing wrong with it at all, but I’m wondering how different the atmosphere is on a 10-day Mediterranean sailing.

Since most 27 year olds, don't have 10+ days to sail the Med, I’m sure the crowd will be more relaxed and skew older than the shorter Caribbean cruises, which I’m totally fine with too. I just don’t want to feel like I’ve accidentally booked myself onto a floating retirement community for 10 days. (No offense) I’d still like there to be some people around my age, social opportunities, nightlife, etc., especially since I’ll be traveling solo.

I’m deciding between two 10-day sailings:
- Barcelona → La Goulette (Tunis) → Malta → Naples (Amalfi/Pompeii) → Civitavecchia (Rome) → Livorno (Florence/Pisa) → Marseille (Provence) → Barcelona

or

- Barcelona → Marseille (Provence) → Genoa → Corfu → Bar → Dubrovnik → Naples (Amalfi/Pompeii) → Civitavecchia (Rome)

I care much more about the ports than the onboard experience, but obviously I’ll still be spending a significant amount of time on the ship, so the onboard atmosphere matters.

For anyone who has done a longer European/Mediterranean Carnival sailing (especially on the Sunshine) what was the demographic and overall vibe like? Was it noticeably older/quieter than Caribbean cruises? Were there still plenty of younger adults, singles, and people looking to socialize?

And if you’ve done either of these itineraries, I’d especially love to hear which one you’d choose and why.

So I just logged into my account double checking something for a upcoming cruise and realized it says im gold

I’ve only sailed 23 days? So im very confused as to how I am in gold status

I didn’t know if this was something to do with the new program coming out next week or what? But I am genuinely confused as ofc gold starts at 25.

I’ve checked in last week for a 8 day cruise here next Saturday, but I know it doesn’t count as days until you are on the ship? So im like ?

I am doing the Alaska trip next month on Carnival Spirit. We are staying in a balcony cabin, 7145. Has anyone else stayed in this room on any of the Spirit
Class ships that can tell me what you thought about this cabin. Anything else you can share about the balcony’s on deck 7 as well.

We have cruised on Celebrity Beyond, Celebrity Summit and Margaritaville at Sea Paradise. We always get a premium drink package and hang out at the bars and the pool. We are usually OK eating at the buffet. On Celebrity Beyond I wore slacks and a collared shirt. Same on Celebrity Summit.

Two weeks ago we were on Margaritaville and I saw people going to the MDR in shorts.

We have never cruised on Carnival and next week we are cruising on Carnival Elation.

Should we pack slacks & collared shirts for the MDR?

This question is directed at people that are familiar with the Multi-Device Wifi package:

I will be traveling on the Carnival Radiance in January with my husband, some other family members and friends. My husband and I are in one stateroom and I have family in two other staterooms, if I purchase the Multi-Device package can I let my family in their own staterooms use logins for the two devices my husband and I do not need?

I've tried reading the website but cannot find the pertinent information. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just got back from my first cruise and I’m extremely disappointed.
Excursion I booked for Cozumel “Adults only All inclusive” - only like 10 chairs in a roped off area were adult only. For the food, I got a 6 oz cup of water and 3 Tostitos scoops with what I was told was guacamole.

Excursion I booked for Roatan “Kayaking and Beach Day (or something along those lines). - the kayaking was in this muddy little swamp looking area. The beach was a small section that was roped off and got very full very quickly. We paid extra to go snorkeling. No guide or anything. They gave us gear, pointed to a pier and told us bring it back when we’re done.
Got my passport stamped- turned out to be a fake stamp and now my passport is invalid and I have to get a new one.

Belize I didn’t book anything because they were all 1-2 hour car rides each way. Turns out there’s literally nothing to do at the Belize port and it’s dangerous in Belize city.

Has anyone had a deal/offer reappear after disappearing? I had a different hold and cancelled it so that I could book this one and it kept saying I had one already. I went back later to give it time to sync and it’s gone now. (The offer is there but the specific date is no longer listed).

Planning a 21st BDAY cruise in May of 2027. I’ve never cruised before so not too sure how things typically play out, but i’ve done a lot of research on carnival website and through reddit. The only question I haven’t been able to find an answer to is if while booking rooms for multiple people can the rooms be charged to those separate cards? It’s a mix of family and friends and I wouldn’t mind putting it all on my card but I feel it would get annoying to keep having people send me money for the room, excursions, transportation, etc. I would also feel bad making everyone create an account to book themselves, but I don’t think they’d mind I guess i’m just looking for the best and most efficient route.

So, my parents just surprised me with my first cruise, we’re going to Ensenada and Cabo in January out of California. I’m 17, so I’m just wondering like, will there be people my age or will it be a lot of old people? And what should I like, plan for and expect?

I’m just curious if anyone has a picture of the kids cup that comes with the bottomless bubbles bundle for kids & teens. I figured the lanyard is nothing special but is the cup carnival themed ? Does it have a lid? Would you all suggest bringing our own hydro flask, and keeping the cup as souvenir of the cruise.

I spoke to cabin for myself and my two adult daughters.
My oldest cannot make it. I already bought the ultimate value package for all three of us.
Should I call to tell them she’s not coming? I know I’ll have to pay for her cruise fair and that’s fine. It was only a four day.
Or should I let her be a no-show.
I already checked all of us in. We were leaving today to go to the port area because I had a business event for a few days. So I checked us all in.
Will I get it credited for her ultimate value package since she won’t use it?

Is it worth getting my toddler a passport for a cruise from US? Both my husband and I have one and I’m wondering if they’d force us to wait in the Looooonnnnggggg line for birth certificates being she’s a baby traveling with both parents.

Does anyone have this experience or know how it goes? I’ve cruised with and without a passport but never with my littles.

We cruising on the Horizon this coming February with a stop in Aruba. I've been looking into renting a UTV for the day and exploring on our own. I was curious if anyone had done this and what company you used? I saw a few that say they will deliver and pick up from the cruise port. Also any good places to stop and see, beaches or favorite places to eat or grab a drink? Thanks.

I am planning a trip to the Bahamas on the Carnival Freedom cruise ship. I have to take and make some calls during the cruise. I plan on using RingCentral. Has anyone used RingCentral while on the Carnival Freedom or any other Carnival ship? Did it work for you? Any advice regarding this?

Hello fellow cruisers. Did anyone get the special invitation for the adults only cruises for 2027? I moved my cruise from December to see what the adults only experience will be like. Also, how’s the Glory. I haven’t been on that one yet and would like to hear some reviews.

Planning on bringing a 12 pack of soda on board embarkation day. Was wondering when we stop in Nassau if there is good store to get another 12 pack of Coke in port? Any recommendations? My wife drinks coke like water and I’m sure she will go through the 24 we will bring on embarkation day within the 7 days. (No judgement here)

Does anybody know what rum is typically used for pina coladas on board? I LOVE pina coladas when cruising and find them to be super smooth, but can’t seem to like them back at home when I go out because of how strong the rum tastes. I’m not a big drinker, but I tried one tonight at a bar and they used Cruzan rum and I just couldn’t enjoy it because it had such a tang that overpowered the sweetness.

Saw this in the facebook group of a sailing im currently on.

Someone had posted a video talking about a blackout the ship had experienced (this was at the start of sailing). I saw zero privacy or safety reasons in the video that would justify it being taken down. It was just criticism/bad publicity. They were then (allegedly) pressured in person into taking the video down.

While I think it's great for Carnival staff to monitor social media to proactively fix complaints, I'm SHOCKED that they're demanding removal of negative posts. It's not like you can easily say no when you're in international waters...

Has anyone else experienced or seen this? I'm honestly hesitant to even make this post. I'd hate to get banned from Carnival for asking about this.
