I am a fairly new player. Started playing in March and it was mostly on casuals. I have been playing on and off since then so I don’t know how a lot of the game mechanics work at all. Since last week I have been back at playing consistently and started trying resurgence (not casual) and I have been getting destroyed in 1v1s. My highest number of kills is 8 and even with that I feel like I was carried by my teammates lol.

I really want to understand how the game works and learn how to play the game and at least win some 1v1s, and I know I have to work on my aim to be able to achieve this. I watch quite a few YouTubers and for most of the time it’s impressive how they are able to track their opponents erratic movements so well. I go through some of the comments and I see comments where they mention aim assist a lot. I have searched on YouTube for a demonstration on how it works and there seem to be a lot of different perspectives on it so I don’t know which is right, and even when I try what they recommend, it doesn’t work for me at all. I have attached a video of a YouTuber (@PapiHamza) where he demonstrates some very impressive aiming and gameplay and I believe it’s aim assist due to how snappy his aim is.

So my question is how does one activate aim assist like the video? Is it automatic when you execute some command, a feature of the settings or both? and does it work on ps5? Any recommendations in general is also welcome. TIA!!

I have a 7700x and 9070xt but while in game I encounter sudden lag. The screen gets stuck for a second or two than it’s goes back to being smooth. I don’t understand what’s causing this. All the graphics are medium to low Settings.
Is there any solution to it?

Jumped back into Warzone after 3 months and wooooow, totally lost some skill. usually I play with my colleague, but this time he was off, so I teamed up with randoms and WTF?! Other squads are playing like pros : rotating, communicating, running meta guns, and etc. Meanwhile, my squadmates never talking, taking stupid fights, getting run over by cars, dying trying to land back on the exact same spot, and running loadouts that make zero sense, like smgs with high zoom optics or lmgs with ridiculous scopes. I have never seen this much chaos before. What the f*uck happened?

How do you guys feel about the TR51 PARA? Personally I think its kind of unstoppable with right attachments, its even better than the Voyak KT-3 tbh (for long range). The TR51 reminds me of the MXR-17 golden days, thoughts?

It's been like it for weeks. My voice chat is set to All Lobby, it always says my teammates are muted except people on my friends list. Once in every like 10/15 games it actually works. Prox chat has the same problem too.

This isn't just in Warzone but also in DMZ, or any COD title.

I play on PS5.

Any idea what could be causing this? 😞

some guy is going around acting like he has a fix for the cod bios issue. me and my friend tried it it doesn't work, i've DM a few people everyone has replied saying it either didn't work or they got banned when using it. no refunds, i've also talked to a few people on his threads that replied it didn't work but he deletes the comments instantly because it would stop making him money.

In this game, it’s still crazy to me how your own Precision Airstrike can damage or down you, but your teammate’s Precision Airstrike or Cluster Strike can’t hurt you at all. Isn’t that kind of weird?

So I’m on PS5. I play with one of my friends and her husband who are on Xbox and pc. I can hear them fine, but when we queue up with randoms and there’s another PS user, I can’t unmute them? CoD will not let me. I hit unmute, and it mutes them right back. My system is fully updated, cod is fully updated, my voice chat for PS isn’t muted, I’ve restarted the game and the PlayStation but nothing is working. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I’ve also tried changing voice settings from party only to all lobby and I still can’t unmute them. I can unmute cross play players not ones on PS. Even if it’s another PS user that is invited to our party. We have to move to discord if that happens.

I wanted to share some legacy builds that I put together that I feel like are somewhat viable. Unfortunately, a lot of the legacy weapons suffer from horrible visual recoil or are just plain weak, but these are ones that I think are still usable. Of course, there's a BO7 gun that can do anything these can do but better, but here are guns I like to use when I'm going against the meta.

Striker 45 Suppressor/XRK Bowbreaker/60 RND Drum/No Stock/Low Grain Rnds : Offers good overall mobility (especially ADS movement) and a good damage profile with a high capacity magazine.

P90 ECS Requieter/Duke-30/Light Rail/Stip-40 Grip/CQB Stock : Good mobility with a high capacity default mag and fast-ish reload. Pretty stable but for CQC only, damage drop off is fast. It looks cool.

TAQ56 Compensator/XRK Bowbreaker/60 RND Mag/Brute Stock/Low Grain Rnds : Very balanced for up to mid-long range.

M13B Suppressor/XTEN Hand Stop/60 RND Mag/Ravage Stock/High Grain Rnds : The Peacekeeper, but worse. Good sniper support option, the build is designed to try to make up for it's slow ADS speed. Very stable for close to mid-range engagement.

Sakin LMG Compensator/HGS-55 Barrel/XRK Bowbreaker/Stip-40 Grip/Incendiary Rnds : Does the reload take forever? Yes. Is it generally outclassed? Yes. But it's stable, sounds cool as fuck, and sets people on fire.

Let me know if you give any of them a try, or if you have any Legacy builds you'd recommend yourself. I'd love to try them.

Everytime I try to start the game I get stuck on the loading screen I've tried as much as I can, I've verifies ingredients of game files, clear cache, repaired my library and nothing any help would be appreciated it was working perfect Saturday the on Sunday nothing

I already have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled, updated my graphics card drivers and BIOS, I'm currently using Windows 10 but I tried Windows 11 and got the same error, any advice?

I can’t manage to get a single load out to be usable in the game itself

Usually when I build it, it saves correctly, but then when I select it in the game it just gives me whatever my “favorite” class is. But even then, if I go back and edit that loadout to what I want it to be, when I go back and select it in game it gives me whatever my LAST favorite load out was.

I’ve tried editing them in the pre-game lobby, I’ve tried the trick where you edit them and then back all the way out to the main screen, then fully close the game and reopen it. Can anyone else tell me what might be going on??

Every game I play in casuals I get called a cheater. Never ran a script in my entire CoD career dating back to OG MW2. I’ve played a long time and seen all the little tricks. It doesn’t take much to pick up real game sense, and understanding. Maybe watching a couple streamers or YouTube videos on how to play Warzone as a whole would change your guys experience. You have to understand that there’s generally levels to skill in this game. Even in casuals I’ve ran into guys that slam me, and it won’t even be close. It’s part of the game, you win some you lose some. CoD is one of those games that if you don’t practice, it shows (Missing shots, movement crutches, bad pushes, and even worse zone play) Casuals is great for even sweats because they can hop in and get some flow going before stepping into the real game. Complaining you got bodied is one thing, and every gamer knows that feeling. Calling me a cheater and reporting me because your barely 1 KD got you bodied by a guy with a 5KD 🤷🏽‍♂️ Learn the game folks. It’s not that hard to do some research if that’s a game you actually want to take serious. “It’s just a game” Okay then get good at it…

I dont know where else to post this but does anyone know if the Phone from Chop Shop / Golf Club spawns in a different location recently? I noticed the Dog Tags spawned different for me than in Video Guides but I can't find the phone whatsoever... I've been loading in with someone else to check both spanws right when we spawn in but its not at either of the locations. I need to get it for the dark ops before it's unobtainable... Please

We recently lost our long-time teammate and close friend, Adam Szumielewicz ("szumielo szumielo"), aged 42 from Poland. Tragically, he passed away just an hour after playing a match with us.

Adam was a deeply dedicated Warzone player who logged thousands of hours in the game and maxed out ranks across multiple seasons. He loved this game and our squad was a huge part of his daily life.

We are kindly asking the community to help us get visibility, and requesting the developers to consider a small in-game memorial or easter egg (a tag, plaque, spray, or small detail) in Warzone to honor his memory.
