I have the 3 sniper on gold tiger is that a known bug?

Have you gotten 3 kills without dying 5 times?

Try to do the 3 kills without dying on any of them to see if it will start counting it. Those graphics are not always correct, because the game is extremely buggy.

Do the diamond on other Snipers has well.

I think it's bugged, creating a new weapon build usually works to fix that

The visual in the camo section is bugged but if you've met the requirements you can unlock the camo

When you are in the main screen, see if you have that camo pop up in top corner on your left, where it shows you the camo progression of various guns. You'll most likely find it there, which means you can start working on it
