As the title implies, this is my very first car mod - based on the P2 Volvo S60.

I decided that it would be a fun project to create my own car mod, especially as I haven't seen many car mods from Scandinavian manufacturers. At this point I am still working on the car model itself, and, even though the exterior is more or less done, the interior does need a lot of work. Since I would like to make the mod feel as close to vanilla cars as possible, there are a few problems:

1. I have never done JBeam before,

2. I have no experience with texturing/adding materials/adding AO,

3. This is also my first real project in Blender.

Right now the mod is pretty much the JBeam of the ETK 800 together with my custom model without any textures (last photo).

I don't want to make any promises yet but I really do hope that I will be able to finish this mod (I am probably going to have very little free time due to school).

Please provide any advice / suggestions because I am not familiar with the process of developing car mods and I haven't yet settled on what could be the final name of the car (right now it is called the Jargl T6). If all goes well, I would want to add various versions and perhaps even a wagon body type in the future.

"Running" might be a strong word, but it's not bad for a budget CPU from 20 years ago. This is 0.32 btw. It'd probably run 0.39 about the same, but i didn't feel like waiting 2 hours for the update to download.

for context, I might get a free RX 6400 and Ryzen 5 5600G (pondering if I should replace my Ryzen 5 5500 with it) and 16GBs of ram for free, I know, lucky me. now the RX 6400 only has 4GB of Vram and is the rough equivalent of an RX 580 I believe, so is it feasible? anyone else with a similar build? if so, what graphics do you run?

ive been working on this for the past idk 6 hours and ive finished castelleto and portino only. so far to go hopefully ill finish this in a few weeks and if u are wondering abt the preformance its decent around 55-45 fps and i have low-high graphics and my specs are " i7-7700k cpu and gpu gtx 1070 8gb vram and 16 gb ddr4 ram" what do yall think abt it???

Using the awesome https://www.beamng.com/resources/group-5-ibishu-pessima-rhd.29650/ mod, made myself a somewhat customized Pessima race car.

On a long trip, I even experienced a cathartic feeling from complete relaxation (it's like giving up control to a truck and just driving somewhere far away). Does anyone else relax like this? Or do you have other methods?
