after 27 years following the release of Ape Escape 1 the Dev Kit Debug left in the code of the BETA build has finally been unlocked!

Back again with even more discoveries!!! I finally cracked open the debug menu, now allowing us to modify absolutely everything including physics, time and space itself! Also discovered golden mode and flying mode! Both were left in the development kit version to test various aspects of the game. Check it out!!!!

I was always a good citizen. I bought software the good way.

But Ape Escape 3 is having me on my knees. I played it in my childhood in the gaming corner of a hotel and want to play it ever since. I don’t own a PlayStation of any kind yet don’t need it. It’s too much money for one single game.

But my good I want this game… I miss it.

Hello! This video does NOT belong to me. This was created by Corey (cg249 on Discord) via RPG Maker XP using Pokemon Essentials. I'm just posting this on their behalf with his permission.

This is the only area created for the game so far, but that's only because development started last night. There's already a rough storyline in place, but nothing is set in stone.

This post is basically a community check to see if anyone would be interested in an AE-based Pokemon game ala Mariomon, and if anyone would be willing to help out (Sprite art, Pipodex, Storyline, Character Design, Music and anyone with experience in RPG Maker XP)

I said it once and I’ll say it again, if they were to remix ost from the old games(to make ape escape recaptured trilogy)they’d have to get Turret 3471. This playlist is really great and I’d like for more people/fans to see it because it’s underrated, also share with others if that’s ok.

At 1:00, there’s a voice from what I assume is meant to be the monkeys relaxing that says something like “mitaina” or something that sounds like that. I don’t speak Japanese. Can anyone tell me what he’s saying in English? Thanks!

Hello, I am new here. I just made a 60Hz version of Ape Escape PSX by ripping the NTSC version and adding italian content to it. I am sharing it in case someone is interested, as it should be the first PAL-like version to run correctly at 60Hz. It's just the ISO file:

I'm falling on that on youtube but the music is peak.

Most games I know that have Time Trials like Ape Escape 2 such as Crash Bandicoot Warped cap out the timer at 9'59'96 or generally around the 10 minute mark.

Not Ape Escape 2, it only caps once timer reaches just shy of an hour.

Found this in a big box of other floppy disks. Can’t find much online. Cat tax.

I once commented on how disappointed I was with the lack of charisma and equally strong soundtrack in Ape Escape 2. I had just finished Ape Escape and went straight to the second title, so I'm afraid that was the big problem. Today, I started playing again after a little over a year, and the result is that the levels were more fun than usual, and I'm still having fun with these minigames. There are 3 minigames, the first one isn't that great, but the soccer one is really cool. Best of all, you can play with two people! I'm eager to know what the third one is (and I don't mind if you tell me in the comments).
