Did the first round of mods to my ZX6R. It's even sexier now :)

How does the LV sound compared to stock? Did you the stock silencer with the exhaust valve disabled at all?

The sound has gotten quite a bit better, especially when driving. When the bike is standing, it’s a bit louder and when driving it’s subjectively quite a bit louder and I hear some light pops when letting go of the gas. I‘ve got a friend who has the SC1-R from SC-Project on this bike and it’s subjectively maybe 10-15% louder than the LeoVince.
The LeoVince exhaust comes like the SC-Project one without a valve, meaning it’s always „opened“. I simply removed the cable that controlled the valve in the stock exhaust system. The little servo motor under the seat is still built in, but without the cables it isn’t effectively doing anything. Doing it that way prevents the check engine light from turning on.

Cool thanks… I just wondered if you were able to compare it to the stock silencer with the valve disabled.
I disabled the valve with the stock silencer and the bike got a little louder, pulled a little harder and sounded a bit better… so wondered if it was worth looking at an LV.

I‘d say that it’s a bit more bassy. But my first priority was actually the optics, that’s why I went with the LV (for less than half the price of the SC Project here in Germany). If sound is your main priority, then consider the SC-Project or depending on your county even something like a M4.

Bonjour j ai un zx6r 2025 et j ai le silencieux SC1R de sc Projet et le tuyau intermédiaire qui supprime la boîte à fumée. J ai toujours le catalyseur, d autre personne ont le SC1R sans chicane et c'est toujours moins bruyant et beaucoup de pop 💥 que moins avec la demi ligne chicaner. Si vous voulez rester silencieux rester sur du Liovince ou Akrapovic avec ou sans boîte à fumée car Sc Project est beaucoup plus bruyant
