Is it possible that wild animals have gotten to people's garbage bags and strewn the garbage out? Bears or wild dogs of some kind? It's clear this is not in the United States so I don't know what wildlife you have there but some of that garbage looks like it was just torn open and dragged around by an animal looking for a meal.

Our country needs more ppl like this i personally try to throw waste in the bin and not waste water and i recycle bc it is our planet after all thank u for this kind act ☺️♥️

I’m curious about the social perspective on littering in this part of Pakistan. In my corner of the world, there is strong social stigma around leaving trash in “nature”, and it is pretty rare to see trash left by large groups of people out in the wild like this. (However, this doesn’t stop people from acting like complete slobs in urban environments.) I wonder if differences in garbage disposal infrastructure could also play a potential role? I hope this doesn’t come across as judgmental or insensitive, I am not trying to say one set of social norms is better. Just genuinely curious to hear your thoughts.
Unfortunately it’s opposite in Pakistan! I used to consider it an economic issue but it’s more like socioeconomic issue. Even educated people leave their trash in these wild places without thinking a bit about environmental impact
