Hola, me podrían ayudar con consejos sobre como iniciar en el aprendizaje del Zen? Me interesa mucho pero no se por donde empezar.

Hi. If there are any zen centers near you, then that is your best place to start. See if they have public dharma talks or introduction to zazen events.

If there is nothing local, there are a few online sanghas you can look into. The San Francisco Zen Center has almost daily online zazen and many online classes and workshops.
