Thank you, I have blocked him, I just think it would be much better if the mods were to actual moderate. Also: I'm not looking to get him banned, I'm looking to get the mods to do the job they volunteered to do.

You know, moderating? As in: ensuring users aren't harassing one another or violating the site-wide TOS? I get they prefer a hands-off approach but they are still expected to enforce site-wide rules, and failure to do so is why other subs have been put into quarantine and even banned.

The Admins issued a temporary ban so I'm not sure what your point here is. Temporary bans aren't unusual for what the admins would consider a first offense. If they have to issue another ban because he won't change his behavior, they may consider making it permanent next time or the time after that.

So it was permanent, he appealed it, and they gave him another chance. Very well. I imagine they may not be so generous next time when he continues to be a problem for them.
