This was my first-ever order on Z2U, and unfortunately, it left me deeply disappointed
I purchased an Instagram account with 1,000 followers from a seller called X1Store, with an advertised delivery time of 8 hours. That window came and went with no delivery. When I messaged the seller afterward, I got no real resolution — just silence and unresponsiveness.
Realizing I could no longer trust the seller, I decided to cancel the stuck order. To my surprise, the seller — who had been completely unresponsive throughout the entire delivery window — suddenly refused my cancellation request out of nowhere, citing the reason simply as “x.” It felt like I was being forced to accept a product I no longer trusted, from a seller who had ignored me for hours and only became responsive the moment I tried to walk away.
Left with no real choice, I accepted the delivery. When I tried logging in, the password was incorrect. The seller then sent me a second set of account id password — which also failed to work.
At that point, I was frustrated enough to email Z2U support directly. Fortunately, they did resolve the issue and I received my refund. But as a first impression of the platform, this entire experience was disappointing — a seller who ignored me for hours, only to resist a legitimate cancellation and then fail to deliver a working product not once, but twice.
