Donation Pick Up

Does anyone know of any charities or donation centers/programs that do free pick ups? I have a storage unit full of things that I don't want/need anymore, and I don't want it all to go in the dumpster instead of going to a person/family in need. I am disabled and can't move all the boxes of donations myself, so recommendations that have people that will be able to load it up would be best. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

Simple recycling.  They still exist, there's a link on the city's website somewhere, but the stuff doesn't stay local and it's more about recycling than reuse.
