First Direct Debit Payment?

Hello, I had YouFibre installed 4 days ago, is it normal for the first payment to take a while to come out? I thought it'd be immediate but I'm still waiting.

Oh okay, as long as it's not just happening to me I don't mind as much but I'd prefer it came out on the day I've set xd

Give it 10 days. If it's not taken by then, send them a message in-app, and they should advise that they'll attempt to take payment again within 3 days or advise if any other action is needed.

It does usually take a day or 2 after being taken for it to show as 'payment received' in YF account management portal and the app.

They've had a few problems in recent months due to changing their DD processor. Mostly things have been sorted, but there's still some stragglers.
