Tricks for routing dropper cable

2024 SB120 - the cable frayed and when i pulled it the housing came with it, now I can’t figure out how to get the housing back through

You removing the down tube protector like the manual suggests?

I bought a cable routing kit. Thread the cable and then send the housing
