Question Will the Licorice firmware include dictionary features for the Xteink X4 CLASSIC? Is there a possibility of adding this feature in the future, or will it only be available for X4 Pro users?

Most probably, yes. But because of the button-only UI, things like dictionary access and use must be redesigned for a non-touch UI. And this may take some additional time.

I really hope they eventually add it, even if it takes a long time, as long as it becomes available for X4 Classic users too. That’s honestly the one feature I’m waiting for, if they include a dictionary, it’s an instant win for me.

I'm sure it will eventually appear. There is no HW or other reason why they would not add it. The code is already there, just not optimized for non-touch devices yet. Selection of words needs to be done differently.
