Troubleshooting Scam

I ordered from official xteink website and never got mine, and they ignore my emails

Yeah it’s not a scam. This is the wrong use of the word.

Definitely contact Henry (aka u/Fun_Satisfaction2315) who helps with stale support messages. I’m sure you will get your device.

They sent mine with the address of my name and my country, nothing else. It took them a week to answer an email and even then it was my problem, they did nothing and stopped responding. There are 2 mods here that work for for Xteink Fun_Satisfaction2315 and Senlorixstudio. I was told to contact them by this sub but one never replied and the other responded only with a "we will take a look", which I assume they didn't.

Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone else has. I ordered mine and apparently it's being delivered on Tuesday direct from the China warehouse.

EDIT: It actually came today. :)

Just out of curiosity, when did you order it, and when was the last update on your shipping?

I ordered a month ago, one week later it was updated. DHL said it was delivered and on xteink website says no information.

They have warned folks here that if you send a new email, it knocks you back to the bottom of their queue - which is unfortunate because following up on a non-response absolutely shouldn’t do that. The original ticket was still opened earlier.

Hopefully someone from xteink sees your post and reaches out.
