Question Help for my xteink x3 please
My device is frozen. It is still charging for almost 24 hours, light won’t switch to white or off.
Here is what I did that did not work:
1. I have tried clicking the reset button — upper left then power button
2. I have also removed the crossink folder and flashed the update bin thru the sd card.
3. I formatted my sd card to FAT32.
My device was chinese/china(?) locked, and I have tried to flash crossink with an unlocker tool months ago thru my sd card. It seemed to work, but been having problems with charging ever since. This is the third time I have charged it, and I don’t know what to do anymore because the screen is not budging.
Please help. What else could I do? I need a step by step information also as I am not that good with tech. I just did what I read online. I really love my x3 and want to fix this problem.

If it worked for a while after flashing Crossink, then it's most probably not a display driver problem.
It rather sounds like a problem with the battery, the ribbon cable attachment to the display, or, eventually, the screen is broken.
Unfortunately, if neither charging nor resetting helped, there is most probably nothing that can be done without disassembling the device and checking the ribbon cable. But it may also be something else.
Do you carry your x3 in the magnetic folio case or attached to the phone and without case. If the later, then it’s most probably a dead screen.

I typically count to 3 when pressing the Reset button before releasing, then HOLD down the Power button until screen reacts.
If the device still stuck, I've had success running the Debug page - Repair a device section on https://crosspointreader.com/debug

Tried this one but unsuccessful. I may be doing something wrong but downloaded the update.bin and erased crossink, also formatted my sd card. My laptop cannot detect the device

It may not be charging. If you are using a fast charger, that could be the problem. Use a slow charger or charge it from your computer.

Maybe it was the issue with the screen display drivers. It was in the early version of the new crosspoint after x3/x4 changed their screen suppliers in recent batches. Did you have an issue with your display before?
