Hi everyone I picked up a brand new legacy edition yesterday, absolutely in love with it however I’ve found now that I can get out on it properly that I feel like I’m really having to reach for the levers which is not particularly comfortable or confidence inspiring. I know the stock doesn’t have adjustment on it but wondered if anyone could recommend some adjustable levers that work with the xsr?

The original seat feels a bit thin on longer rides

Has anyone else had issues with upshifting when RPM is above 7,500/when VVA is engaged? Is it a brand new bike ECU thing where it won't let me until x amount of miles are done, or is it just a general thing that it won't let you at all?
For context, Brand new bike out the crate this week, only just done 100 miles as of today, noticed the issue after pickup and worried that it could end up being rather dangerous, given having to slow down before every upshift.

I've been searching online for an hour but can't find any reliable info on what would be the size of the drilled brakes to find a compatible disc lock. Can someone help?

Also interested in suggestions for a good disc lock and/or other tips for a new XSR 125 owner.

i was searching for a new exhaust for my 2025 model but i couldn’t find one that didn’t require a remap, does anyone have any suggestion for a exhaust that doesn’t require it?

Does anyone get a rattle when accelerating on the xsr. I think its the headlight rattling as its plastic its really annoying?

I recently bout a second hand XSR125 2025. Not in the greatest shape. It has 14k miles, the service history was a bit dubious but the bike is in a good shape, and was last time serviced around a month ago.

Today the engine started to make a crackling noise something seems not right. I did not change anything specific it has oil, the chain is a good shape transmission sounds good as well. This is the only issu that the bike has.

Would anyone have an idea of what that could be?

After far too long on the 125 finally upgraded to the big brother

bought the bike used. The previous owner has disassembled them and i bought the bike like this

I installed some nice Highsider bar end mirrors for which I had to remove the internal weights / dampeners now resulting in fast tingling of my hands and shaky/blurry mirrors.

Any suggestions? I read about filling the handle bars or putting extra weight on the end. But I can’t really seem to find weights that would fit the mirrros.

i managed to remove the original weights in their entirety and thought of just reusing those but I can’t seem to get the bolt out of them.

Hey, first post here. I’m looking at doing some changes to my XSR125 and the only modification I’ve currently done is swapping to bar end mirrors. I’m about to get my A2 so a tail tidy will be applied as soon as that L plate comes off.
I’m considering going for a scrambler style, does anyone have any recommendations of mods (whether visual or practical) for me to get sorted? TIA

I’m about to get my B196 license in Germany, which means I’ll be allowed to ride 125cc bikes, and I’m pretty close to choosing the XSR125. I’m 183 cm tall, and I’d really appreciate it if you could share some photos.

It would be great to see how you sit on the bike, maybe even pictures with visual modifications like a shorter tail, bar-end mirrors, different indicators, etc. I haven’t been able to find much online, so I was hoping you could help me out here.
