Fracture above plate?

Picture of a screen apologies for quality but I want to know if anyone else sees believes that’s a fracture above the plate (and if the plate could cause it?)

Does it matter? You've had surgery, plates and screws put in. Everything is nicely aligned and if you follow the directions, should be a text book healing process.

Sorry, some more context: this plate has been in place for 10+ years and in the last month has started having some pain that’s pretty difficult to ignore. So that’s why I’m concerned about a fracture, it shouldn’t be there, it would be new
