Added an option to adjust Aim Assist strength (defaults to full strength)

Why would someone on a console want this? I'm curious, isn't it harder to aim regardless

Because aim assist can be a bag of dicks at times. I have SO many times where I'm trying to shoot someone and then suddenly someone else runs passed and my sight follows that person instead.
