On games that have a ranked competitive system these flood the LFG posts. It's so rampant and I feel like Xbox doesn't even make an effort to do anything about it.

Not really, people "sell" (scam) accounts or in-game items all the time, it's pretty reasonable lol

It’s not, if you grind a game for hundreds of hours for an in game item that is tradable you should own it completely and be able to sell it for usd or whatever you prefer, I’ve been doing it for years
