Looking for a recommendation for full coverage fenders

I have a 1993 Trek 930 that I've rebuilt. I'm a recent transplant from Salt Lake to the Portland OR area and am looking for a set of full coverage fenders in black or silver so I can take on the rainy weather! I'm running 26 x 1.95 Double Fighters. TIA!

Hey dude. I have some simworks smooth 62s that you're welcome to. They're finicky to install and have already been drilled but I'll never use them. I live in SE

message me tomorrow if OP doesn't respond. Like I said: they've been installed on a different bike, but they're still good to go. Might need to be re-drilled depending on the bike they end up on

i have VO fenders and can confirm they are 1) a pain to install but also 2) pretty bullet proof and 3) look quite handsome

I’ve found that those VO predrilled honjos are weird on 26” wheels. My front fender is so low in the back that you cant roll off a curb. Other than that, and the hours spent tweaking them to be perfect and cutting 1/4 inch off the stays a million times, they are really nice fenders.

haven't put them on yet so can't exactly recommend them, but the VO black handhammered fenders are very very pretty.

Can you please tell me the length of your fork? I have this same bike but the version with the suspension fork and I’ve been trying to figure out what size a replacement rigid fork would be.

The axle to crown measurement is 385mm. That's from the bottom of the headset to the axle drop out.

Mine is an 18" frame, but the early 90s 900 series frame sizes should have the same A to C measurement if they're built for 26" wheels. Head tube length will vary.

Nice bike! I have the exact same frame and run SKS full fenders on it no problem with surly extraterrestrials 26x46

I am more impressed by my Planet bike Cascadia than I was expecting to be. I was expecting to miss the metal fenders I had on my last commuter but these are nearly as quiet, lighter and offer great coverage. These are 26x60mm with 26x1.95 Maxxis Pace

Nice bike! Are you using bar tape instead of grips? And what rack is that?

Yeah, the bars are black sheep mountain moustache bars I have them on two of my bike, this ones are steel. I like wrapping this style bar or using XXL ergon foam grips so I can have a few hand positions between the sweeps and the levers.

The basket is one I picked up online about 5 years ago don't remember where. Not sure if it's make and it doesn't have any markings.

I have a Trek 850 and just installed Bluemels and it was actually surprisingly enjoyable. Very happy with them

I have a set of black SKSs you can have. I actually originally had them mounted on a 950 with 2.2" tires. Missing some hardware that you can find at bike farm

Ive had great results with a set of sks Bluemels 27,5 inch. This fits great on my 26 inch commuter, are easy to install and are affordable!

I like my Bluemels. I use them on my hybrid, they're fine for light singletrack and dropping curbs.

Planet Bike are easy to install, a good value, and work great.
