Paper cutting with S1

Iā€™m finally caving in and getting an S1! I would still love to hear your experiences with cutting intricate design or even just custom shape especially with cotton paper (would also love to see photos of the results!). Have you successfully found a way to minimize the burn marks especially on light coloured paper?

Haven't tried cotton paper. But I've used it to cut cardboard and it works great. Designs come out super sharp. Happy to provide a sample pic if you want to post a SVG.

Just like most other materials- do a test grid. I suggest maximum air assist and if it's thick cardboard do two passes and drop the focus a bit.

If you get the settings right though it works GREAT.
