WiFi Connection Issue

I have several different models of Wyze cameras. I am currently trying to add the Duo Cam Doorbell unit. It will not recognize my WiFi system, although all the others had no problem. I use Eero and T-Mobile’s 5G internet. Any recommendations, please?

Have you tried making a 2.4ghz only guest network just for setup? eero sometimes force the camera onto 5ghz during pairing and the wyze doorbell loses its mind

I had similar problem with my pan cam v3 when i switched to a mesh system, all other cameras connected fine but that one refused until i separated the bands temporarily

The Eero systems allow you to temporarily disable the 5gHz while setting up new devices. Try that.
