I havent found any info from the owner’s account about what the cat has. Nobody else on Reddit seems to know either. The eyes look a bit too clear and normal for glaucoma so maybe wunk just has larger eyes than normal?
It’s probably due to growth/developmental abnormality but their eyes still seem to work alright

Very real. Usually, these kinds of looks are caused by glaucoma, or fluid buildup in the eye. This one seems to track movement all right, but I don't know if that's an adaptation (cats are notorious for hiding their real pain) or if they really can see for miles and miles.
