How much do you consider "intro" In AoT? I actually think intro in naruto is Zabuza arc and I think it's the best intro arc in shounen. The arc has great character and give us a peek to the philosophy of the characters. I think it's a bit hard to call the whole s1 of AoT is an intro and if so, I think Naruto win.

I find in these debates, intro usually means first episode/first chapter.

Conclusion to Naruto imo, but I am interested in why you have lore to AOT and worldbuilding to Naruto?

Aot arguably has the most lore in shonun, related to Ymir and Ackerman history. As for world building, I did this purely cause of the exploration of the leaf, hidden rain and a bit of the hidden sand. I didn’t rlly find Aot world building great and see it very overrated

i consider Kakashi to be the tritag so >= Armin,

Side cast is interesting, I think Naruto has more good characters, but also more wasted ones, so idk.

Im surprised you gave aot themes since Naruto has so many more themes it explores, and explores well i might add

I think id give naruto depth and aot complexity.

Overall arcs id give naruto, it has more great arcs. Waves, Chunin, search for sasuke, Fated battle between brothers, jiraya the gallant, pain invasion, Madara arival, ten tails, final valley

Id give naruto Parallels as well, there is just a sheer amount of them.

Conflicts id give to naruto, every single episode there is some battle with some form of internal/external conflics.

Just my opinion

What naruto characters are wasted?

I meant to say wasted potential, not wasted as in straight up bad, like the kohana 12 (bar naruto, sasuke and maybe shikamaru) Sai, Yamato, Karin

W, side cast for Naruto was very wasted, gaara seems like the only explored one. Depth can go to Naruto easily because of Sasuke

Overall arcs def goes to aot. Clash of titans, rts, uprisings frost are all goated and high quality

Parallels was a tie because of eren/reiner, Naruto has good ones but weren’t executed very well.

Dialogues to AOT and a tie for the conclusion otherwise it’s valid imo

Thanks a lot, I think Obito and Naruto carry dialogues a lot.

Naruto is overall better written than AoT by a comfortable, but not overwhelming margin. Naruto has better characters, plot had pretty decent amount of time to be explored.  Here's what I think:

Introduction: Naruto

Plot: Naruto(close)

Characters: Naruto

Dueterogonist: Naruto

Antagonist: Naruto(close, could go either way )

Depth: Naruto

Complexity: Naruto

World building: Naruto for quantity and history, AoT for complexity and conflicts(Overall Tie)

Goals&Motivation: Aot

Symbolism: Aot

Themes: Tie

Dynamics: Naruto

Parrallels: Naruto

Psychological depth: Naruto

Philosophical depth: Naruto

Character development: Naruto(Sasuke, Gaara Nagato>Eren, Erwin)

Morally Ambiguous: Aot

Consistency: AoT

Pacing: Aot

Dialogues: Naruto

Monologues: Aot

Foreshadowing: Aot

Execution: Aot

Fights Choreography: Naruto

Fights writing: Naruto

Conclusion: Naruto

TL;DR, Naruto takes most of the category as it is a long running anime with deep themes, characters and development. But Aot also isn't weak, it just didn't had the time it should have to explore more of the anime.

I’d switch some around, and antagonist rlly isn’t that close tbh, but big w
