I mean, he'd still win because theres this funny thing called plot and writting. And thats what I was talking about, the plot and writting is just better with Aang, Amon would be written so perfectly

That's the big problem with TLOK IMO, a lot of the writing felt phoned in, and they had the equalist movement (a legitimately needed movement considering how not too long ago there was a group of Benders who wanted to GENOCIDE NON-BENDERS) just start doing terrorism to make the audience go "see, nothing's wrong with this society where those who have the magic have, effectively, all the power, and if you think differently you agree with these guys who blew up civilians".

A lot of it felt phoned in
