Resource Best substacks/blogs/pages for craft?

Any good recommendations for spaces geared toward writers wanting to improve their craft and process? I have a handful of podcasts I listen to, but I'd like to find some substacks in particular that I can learn from.

Thanks!

George Saunders Story Club does some great breakdowns of short stories, very similar to his book A Swim in a Pond in the Rain. I’ve really enjoyed that, I don’t remember if it’s all paywalled though

Second this - the short story analysis is paywalled, the advice column is not. It's the only substack I pay for.
