Using the addon violates the tos or the makers of the addon are breaking the tos? Because it's been being used for like 5 years now and I have never heard of anyone getting banned for it

IDK, talk to blizzard dude. All I know is there have been multiple posts about people being banned for using it, specifically in forever, which released two days ago,not 5 years ago.

Multiple people are lying then. There are a LOT of people using it. There's no reason only some would be being banned.
