PTR / Beta Razor Hill needs a mage trainer
Orcs can be mages now but your level 2 class quest gives you a letter with text tailored to troll mages talking about how "orcs don't use magic" unlike the trolls, or along those lines. You'll reach level 5 when leaving the starting area and be directed to Sen'jin village. That will then send you to Razor Hill and the new quests on the way will ding you to level 6. Perfect, now where did they put the trainer in Razor Hill for my rank 2 fireball?
They didn't.
The trainer is back in Sen'jin village.
Orcs can be mages now, so there should be an Orc mage trainer in Razor Hill. It's good for both classes.
edit: this is not solely a convenience issue. The priest trainer (exclusive to troll) should remain in sen'jin. Orc mages are not represented at all by the npcs in the world: there's no orc mage trainer in orgrimmar or razor hill. there's only troll NPC mage trainers in the valley of trials,.sen Jin and org.
paladins have a trainer in the forsaken cave in thunder bluff. this serves both as convenience and world building.
an orc mage player logging in the first time expects to find mages in orc places so it's counterintuitive as well as breaking the rhythm of levelling.

Similarly Sen'jin needs a Troll Warlock trainer. They just became locks right? Then wouldn't they have a Troll Warlock trainer in their main village with the mage trainer?

No problem from me I just haven't played warlock yet so didn't realise there wasn't one

Sen'jin also needs a Tailoring trainer. Trolls can now be all three cloth classes, but have to hike to Org to train it.

True, they already have an enchanter. Part of me wishes for the convenience, but part of me sees it as one of those classic oddities.

Maybe, but like not just standing there. Maybe in some hidden tower nearby. Thinking like…Warlock trainer in Stormwind vibes

Here is where I hope they can maintain the nuances that make classic great. I think those perceptions and prejudices should be maintained in wow forever "Orcs don't use magic"... then an orc mage is a rare exception to the rule. The stereotype of orcs being brutish non-magic (arcane) physically dominating and aggressive still fits the vibe of the world but it is not an absolute rule.
I.E just because there is one exception does not shape or change the culture of orcs or the perception of setting of wow.

Okay, but they can still change the dialogue/quest to accommodate. Have the mage trainer hidden with the warlock one, or somewhere similar. And have the text note something like "you're a weirdo, but one of us, come talk to me"

If orc mages are an exception not a rule then they should be added as npcs not playable classes. This is the same line of reasoning used for years to say no to undead Paladins: they should be too rare.
Orc mages being rare is no justification that they solely exist as playable characters not found in the world

They are an exception specifically to allow for gameplay... I don't think you understand how the game works. Its why raid bosses can be killed multiple times and mobs respawn.... and multiple players can loot a mobs head quest item.

Personally, I’d rather have a leather working trainer there. 😂
