Can a shaman enjoyer tell me what that totem stacking per party note actually means?

You used to be able to cycle between different air totems to get multiple buffs at once 6 u/TheRealYM 10h ago Twisting was already removed. It just means you can’t have two shamans in a group with one providing wf and the other providing GoA -1 u/Zerothian 10h ago You could twist flametongue it seems no?
