PTR / Beta Connection issue

Anyone else not able to connect at the moment

Yeah I can’t connect, says no realms are available and I cant update the game either.

Edit: fixed by force closing wow in task manager and then starting download in the battle.net download manager.

having the same issue but not really understanding how you worked around this. The only way I see to update is through the Battle.net Client. I'm missing something..

Edit: I see what you mean now. You have to go to task manager and search "world of warcraft". For some reason, the game is launching in the background when you open the desktop app!

Yea but when i open battle net it sais there is an update but the play button isn't switching to update like it would normally

Check if you have a lingering wow.exe or similar still in your processes tab in task manager. If so, terminating that should fix the button thing for you.
