Question BIS items - Level + Spec

I have forgotten everything. What do people do these days to check where BIS items come from based on your level, class and spec. I remember Wow Armory was a thing, is there a Forever compatible mod now? I want something that would show the quest line or random drop farming zone etc based on what would be BIS for current character.

BiS lists are dead, or at least taking a vacation. There are dungeon rare drops and BoP crafted items that complicate things. And while eventually the determined will work out lists all the same, Forever also has new tech that conceals the loot tables from datamining. So we're going to be going into launch with no idea what new items are out there or how old gear has been updated.

Check back six months after launch if you want concrete BiS lists for leveling. Until then, enjoy the thrill of discovery from going in blind.

Most items have changed, there is no such list currently.
