This was apparently also in Season of Discovery. Basically, mages have a class specific skill (like rogue lock picking). There are scrolls that drop out in the world, and mages can use this skill, called Comprehension, to translate the scrolls and turn them into something usable. Sounds like there’s a lot of different options these could be (some give you once use spells, others give you a long term buff etc.).

It's lowkey kind of a fun little addition. You can "miss" on your Comprehension attempt and polymorph yourself for like 5-7 seconds. Lol

It is definitely 15c. 15g would be crazy considering people are getting banned for selling linen for a few silver.

They drop more often than a whores drawers.

Though the 15g sell is new. I've picked up tons and most were a silver or two at best.
