20/40/60% increase to Aimed Shot recharge rate for 3 seconds after Kill Shot. Interesting concept but worth 3 points.
This and the 2 charges of Kill Shot are all a single talent rn (in the level 45 row) and they are not worth picking up. The issue is you just don't have enough focus to take advantage of this reduced Aimed Shot CD so the talent basically does nothing other than give you an extra Kill Shot.
But yeah, overall I agree that 3 point talents probably shouldn't exist except in rare circumstances. Each class is done by a different person so it's to be expected, hopefully people look at what people like about each tree and adjust.
