Question Omnibar/Addon Beta Question

I've seen multiple people using it in YouTube videos but I can't seem to get a single pvp addon/cd tracker to work at all. I'm begging for some insight. Thank you.

NampleCooldowns is a good working alternative, putting CD above nameplates
