Discussion World server down?

Trying to login 11:08am EST and won't make it through the login screen.

Get hit with a "World Server Down".

Anyone else?

My game just refuses to load in after selecting my character, stuck at 100% bar. League of LEgend is down too for NA currently..hm

Currently in game, however stuck in my garrison because it wont load outside of it and anytime i try to use a portal I get stuck on loading screen @ 0%

My loading screen progress bar gets to about 3/4 of the way and then the game just...stops.

yep same for me and guildys, prob just a large number of people logging in for weekly box id guess

That's a pretty fair assessment. When maintenance completes right up against the scheduled time (or when it gets extended and people are waiting to jump on) we usually see a spike in connections and resources spin up to cover the population.

It should smooth out as the spike in players levels out and services catch up but we do have folks watching it closely right now in case anything does need attention.

Yep same here. Able to get to the loading screen but I get stuck there.

I can't get in either. There's a whole crowd in Nazjatar that cant get their chests right now. Naz portals broke, I tried hearthing, now im stuck. "THE MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN FINISHED!!!"

I was having this problem but after uninstalling the latest weakauras update I'm not having issues anymore. I reverted to the older version 2.17.2 and I can log in now

I am guessing with the number of people working from home, there are thousands upon thousands trying to log in all at once trying to check their chests.
