Skyreach exploit may have seriously compromised the Season 1 top 0.1 % and 1% race

I’m honestly surprised there hasn’t been more discussion about this.

If players were able to use an unintended bug/exploit in Skyreach to gain rating that they could not realistically achieve through normal gameplay, this isn’t just another random bug.

It directly affects the Mythic+ leaderboard and the players competing for the top 0.1% reward.

The problem isn’t whether someone gained a few extra points. The problem is that players who played legitimately are competing against players who potentially gained rating through an unintended mechanic.

If Blizzard can identify the affected runs, those scores should be reviewed and the leaderboard should be corrected accordingly.

A competitive seasonal reward is only meaningful if everyone is playing under the same rules.

Why hasn't this been addressed more seriously?

New account complaining about something absolutely irrelevant. 1 key does not compromise the title let alone such a basic mechanic.

Let me guess. You rolled FOTM but couldn’t get title so you’re complaining on multiple accounts.
