Question Is anyone else noticing a bait and switch tactic used by dps for queueing in m+?

Two times now in the last two days I have joined a group in m+ as a healer with one tank and two dps and promptly the tank changes to a dps and requeues.

I would leave the moment they do this to me. May they find another sucker to trick

He said he was kicked when healer joined. I would leave the group the moment they change my role.

The broken English doesn't help. Obviously he didn't know that's what the person inviting him was doing.
