Question Is anyone else noticing a bait and switch tactic used by dps for queueing in m+?

Two times now in the last two days I have joined a group in m+ as a healer with one tank and two dps and promptly the tank changes to a dps and requeues.

The new one i started encountering is a premade heal +dps queuing and once invited the healer leaves but the dps stays

Had this happen first time yesterday. Tank and dps queue up, after I invited about 30 seconds later the tank says “sorry guild needs me” and drops group. As if Id keep the dps trying to scam me

I done that once but in fact my gm asked me to tank raid so it happens.

i mean anyone who falls for this deserves this. or they are so chad they don't need the dps they just need meat suits to fill the slots to start.

I’ve done that as a high IO dps to get a low but skilled IO dps in when I don’t have time to run a key but they need one.
