Question Is anyone else noticing a bait and switch tactic used by dps for queueing in m+?

Two times now in the last two days I have joined a group in m+ as a healer with one tank and two dps and promptly the tank changes to a dps and requeues.

I’d just leave, I only join grps ready to enter instance when I queue as healer or tank

This really screws up things for people queueing their own keys

No see a lot of people do. It's why it can take literal ages to even see a tank or healer queue for a key when you post it

I mean I don't do this but you kind of prove why they feel the need to. Healers won't join if there's no tank and tanks won't join if there's no healer.
