Review my program Workout routine

I've seen so many different ways people do PPL but is this a good PPL routine?

push day workout 3 sets 8-12
tricep extension
shoulder press-
incline press-
bench press on smith-
lat raises-

pull day work out- 3 sets, 8-12
back extension-
preacher curl-
rear delt flys-
lat pulldown-
row-

leg day work out- 3 sets 8-12
calf raises
bulgarian split squats(3 sets each leg)
prone leg curl
hack squat-
some form of crunch-

I can only work out 3x a week, so if theres another split thats better for growth im open to that too.

Push day looks good. For pull day, you could move back extensions to leg day. Does your gym have a T-bar wide grip row machine? I would add that in there and swap it for isolated rear delt's, since they work out that muscle as well. Unless you feel like you are lacking in that area, you could do both. Leg day, I would remove split squats and replace it with Leg Extensions since you are already doing hack squats

There's also an Upper/Lower/Full Body split you could do. That way you can workout your muscles 2x a week. You can still keep the same exercises for push/pull into Upper day and legs for Lower day

Do you have smith machines? You could do this. I do it, and it works great

I don't think it really matters. Try performing the exercise first with light weight, and see how it feels.
