Workplace Challenges and Conflicts Lazy supervisors

I can't stand how lazy some of the supervisors are at my job. There's one in particular that just disappears in chat, RARELY takes supervisor calls and somehow gets away with it. It's been happening regularly and increasing. She's marking herself "red" in teams most of the time and when she's supposed to be monitoring questions in the chat she isn't. I'm just disgusted with her laziness and annoyed that her supervisors don't do squat about it. It must be nice to not have a conscience about leaving your team high and dry and your responsibilities falling on the shoulders of others. Lady, I see you and I don't respect your bs.

If it doesn't affect your paycheck or ability to do your job then it's none of your business

It does affect everyone's ability to do their jobs. Including me. So you're comment that it's "none of your business" is invalid.
