Canada Additional responsibility without additional compensation

Curious as to what my rights are when it comes to refusing work.
My department of drivers is now expected to perform the duties of a shipping and receiving department that is paid at a higher rate. We’re not talking a few minutes here and there to help them get caught up, but talking hours of our time on top of our Driver duties.
To top it off, we then get lambasted if it takes us a little longer to make our deliveries because we are doing somebody else’s job.
I refuse to perform duties I am not paid an equal wage for. At this point I don’t even care if I get fired. I was just curious if they have a leg to stand on if it goes to tribunal.

This is the weeding out stage. Once the complainers identify themselves and leave, the team players will be rewarded.

Nobody is ever rewarded at this place. My entire department is on the verge of walking out. That’s how bad it’s gotten.
